Alen Šimić
Alen Šimić (Tuzla, 1988) studied Multimedia Directing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo with Pjer Žalica and Emir Jukić, and later worked as a teaching assistant to Faruk Lončarević. He has directed five professional theatre productions, three short films, and over thirty episodes of sitcoms. His documentary B4 won Best Student Film in the BiH selection at the Sarajevo Film Festival 2020, while his short film Witness was nominated for Best Short Film. Alongside his work in theatre and film, he has also directed television series such as Tender and Smashing It, establishing himself across different formats.
