Green Lab

Green Lab is an initiative focused on advancing sustainability in contemporary theatre. Starting in 2026, the program supports public theatres in Southeast Europe in developing environmentally responsible production models through expert-led analysis, tailored action plans and practical implementation steps. By integrating sustainable production practices, circular economy principles and green mobility into everyday theatre-making, Green Lab connects local institutions with international expertise and networks, contributing to a broader shift towards sustainability in the performing arts.
